The objectives of the project were to improve the functioning and control of the ICT area, align it with the business, and define and execute the transformation plan.
To achieve this, we had to overcome an initial situation that required optimisation, with potential improvements in organisation and resources. Thanks to the definition and implementation of the transformation plan, we successfully achieved our objectives, resulting in very satisfactory outcomes, such as the autonomy of the ICT Area at the end of the project and the knowledge acquired by the team in the Industrial and Utilities sectors.
